UK Postage: orders will be posted using Royal Mail First Class Post which is up to a week for delivery.
Upgrade to a Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery is available at checkout. This is a signed for service delivered the next working day after despatch.
Rest of World orders are posted UPS Express Saver.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays with the postage service. We will also not be held responsible for no one being at home to receive the vinyl.
Return & Exchange Information
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a defect in the product upon arrival, please contact us immediately. For cancellations, please notify us immediately. We will only be able to accommodate cancellations for orders that have not yet been cut, made, or shipped. While we strive to accommodate order changes, please note that modifications may not always be possible once production has begun.
