How To Apply
Having trouble applying your vinyl? Our easy guide will have you up and running in no time.
For best results, we recommend using a squeegee to apply to vinyls. We cannot be responsible for issues when applying or removing the vinyl. You may find it easier to cut larger vinyls into smaller sections as this is likely to be easier to apply.
1. Prepare the Surface:
-
Clean: Ensure the surface is clean and free of dirt, dust, or grease.

-
Dry: Allow the surface to dry completely before applying the decal. Any moisture can interfere with the adhesive.
2. Prepare the Vinyl Sticker:
-
Rub firmly over the letters/graphics with a squeegee or credit card to remove air from behind the vinyl.

-
With the vinyls facing upwards, slowly start to lift the application tape. Roll back gently. (If you are struggling to remove the vinyls from the backing paper, you can heat them up slightly and gently with a hairdryer to remove the adhesive)

-
Once the backing paper is removed, throw it away.

-
Turn the vinyls over and check that none of the backing paper is stick to the back of the letters, if it is, you can remove it with the tip of a sewing needle.
3. Apply the Vinyl Sticker:
-
Place the vinyls in position, making sure they are straight and in the position you desire. Do this slowly, as once the vinyl is on your item you will not be able to remove them and re-place them.

-
Rub firmly over the vinyls again with a squeegee or a credit card.

-
Slowly lift/roll back the clear application tape, leaving the vinyls stuck to your agent.
