All items are made to order, and as such we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you wish to preview your order before production begins, please email us.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately. If your order has already been cut or dispatched, we will not be able to cancel your order.

Our vinyls are sold by width, not height (unless stated otherwise). The width should be taken from the start of the first letter to the end of the last letter. If you have specific sizing requirements, or would like help with sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

Some vinyls will be cut into their words for ease of posting and application. Vinyls of 30cm will usually be folded for posting.

Where possible we will send in a thin box to avoid folding joint up fonts.

Whilst vinyl is waterproof, we wouldn't recommend using a dishwasher. This is due to varying water pressures and temperatures. If you do put them through the dishwasher, and the vinyl peels off or becomes damaged, we cannot be held responsible.

We recommend lightly washing items with a soft cloth.
